We want everyone to be able to browse opportunities, apply for roles, and contact us.

Draft for legal review. This document is a working draft and will be finalized once CareersNest's legal entity, operating countries, and applicable requirements are confirmed.

Our approach

This website is designed with reference to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. Features include:

  • Keyboard-accessible navigation, menus, and forms, with a skip-to-content link.
  • Visible focus indicators and sufficient color contrast.
  • Labelled form fields with clear, announced error messages.
  • Text alternatives for meaningful images and responsive layouts that support zoom.

Known limitations

A formal accessibility audit has not yet been completed. We will update this statement after testing, including any known issues and planned fixes.
